PremierPCSince 2007 Web Interaction have been the main supplier of web, ecommerce, ebusiness and support services to umbel Answers limited, a site for busy managers. In 2007 we won the umbel support contract providing an effective support service for the core ecommerce application based around the Ektron content management system. In 2008 we developed the ecommerce aspect of the website further providing an easy to use payments interface enabling the umbel product to be purchased in a number of different ways. In 2009 we developed the ebusiness side of the umbel business and delivered a white label version of umbel that allowed the client to re-brand and re-sell the umbel product to a wider audience.
In 2007 we established a relationship with Training for Advancement, who focus on delivering bespoke learning solutions. We developed a bespoke learning solution that based on a desktop/intranet application. The application simulated market conditions and enabled delegates to work as a team. In addition, we developed and supported their new website www.tfa.co.uk. We delivered an engaging design and a comprehensive content management system that enables the business to manage the content on their website.
AlphaBMX is the first dedicated BMX business in stoke on trent. Their a startup business and required a website to reflect their ethics as well as enabling business via ecommerce. AlphaBMX selected a low cost bespoke ecommerce solution that integrates with PayPal. They also selected an open source design that was tailored to their distinct branding needs.
Self employed ceramics consultant Eileen Hallam required a website to advertise her ceramics services and products. In addition, the consultant required a multi lingual website that would be translated into English, French and German. Eileen selected a low cost solution using an open source design that was tailored to meet her branding needs.
In 2009 we embarked on an adhoc relationship with accessibility specialists SDesign1, providing them with ASP.NET, umbraco and JavaScript support.
Negatropolis Records are a new independent record label that required an ecommerce presence on the Internet selling their latest releases. Negatropolis selected for a low cost solution using an open source design (which was tailored to their needs) and PayPal to accept online payments securely. The ecommerce side of the website is powered by an open source JavaScript library which provides features like a basket and checkout page.
Spin off work from Negatropolis Records, basically they wanted websites for two of their latest signings. They required an open source design with the ability to display rich media types such as pictures, video and audio.
In early 2008 we established a 3 month contract with Intellident leading RFID specialist. Our remit was to assist in the development of their flagship RFID web based product.
In late 2007 we developed a CMS driven website for Kainos. Kainos selected a bespoke web design and a commercial CMS called Ektron. We developed the website integrating an xhtml layout and content into the Ektron CMS.
In 2009 we established a short term relationship with Premier IT, a web hosting/infrastructure company based in Stoke on Trent. The remit of the work was to enhance a number of different websites with various functionality and features.
